Sipped coffee with the Mr. and flipped through magazines at our local coffee shop, it was lovely.
Got tapped for a hopefully awesome training project at work, fingers crossed it leads to something better.
Attended first post holiday Weight Watchers meeting (sigh)
Finished reading “Getting Rid of Bradley” By: Jennifer Crusie I’d say it’s worth 4.5 stars, it was entertaining and I liked the characters.
Started and Finished “OOPS! I’m the Paparazzi”By: De-ann Black, this one was a super fast read because the author seemed to skip over 40% of the plot… it was still enjoyable though and I’d say it’s probably worth 3.0 stars.
Started “Strange Bedpersons” By Jennifer Crusie
Watched my elderly Aunt who lives with my parents so they could have some alone time and a nice dinner out, it was so very sad.
$50 Target jaunt where I impulse purchased new black pumps and 2 journals when all I went in for was a $9 water bottle. It was kind of like this…
Spent Tuesday and Wednesday in bed with terrible tummy pain, ouch.
Worked only Monday, Thursday. It was kind of the perfect work week…
Celebrated our 3rd anniversary on Friday with a trip to Ikea, a fancy dinner out and lots of snuggles.
Purchased new chair for living room because I’m always falling asleep on the couch
Purchased new kitchen cart because I need more space!
Started planning a monthly Supper Club with friends.
Made Light Blueberry Lemon Donuts…. yuck (review coming soon)
General household de-cluttering
How was your week?
Wishing you a very happy Sunday!

Hey!
I hope you’re feeling better :)
I just had a similar situation at the supermarket – I went in to buy a bottle of shampoo, and ended up with some new clothes and a £50 bill! Oops :/
Happy ANniversary! Have a great weekend :)
Hey Sophie! I’m feeling MUCH better.
How do they get us anytime we’re in a store! It’s so frustrating before you know it you’re in line with 18 things!
Thanks! You too!
Looks like you had a great week! Right now I’m working in different schools each week…. and they’re all in the same 5 miles radius of a Target. My lunch breaks have been deadly haha.
And so glad you had a nice anniversary! We have been thinking of an IKEA trip soon, I LOVE IT THERE! We purchased a cart/island thing there recently, we use it soooo often! I buy way too much (like Target) when I go there but I love the little odds and ends that they have to add character to any room.
Target must make so much money between the hours of 11:30a-1:30p!
We went down to the one in New Haven, it’s a bit of a drive but we like that one better. It was so nice because we we’re there right when it opened so we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. What kitchen cart did you get?
