This past week will not go down as the best week ever in my weight watchers history, it will also I’m sure not be the worst. I was so optimistic at the beginning that I was going to rock it and get all my good health guidelines in, do amazing things on the spin bike and get back into my weight lifting routine. Sadly, looking back on the week all I remember are struggles. It went downhill starting Friday afternoon and never really let up until today. I know the choices I made will haunt me for at least a week or two at the scale and it STINKS.
Before Christmas came I was SO close to being back to where I wanted to be and it felt GOOD. Then I didn’t have a meeting for 2 weeks because of how the holiday’s fell and I’m a person who needs my meetings to motivate and encourage me. Tonight was my second night back to regularly scheduled meetings and I’m glad, hopefully I can find the motivation I need to get back on track and reach my personal goal.
Weight Watchers Goals for this week:
- Drink 2 Nalgene bottles per day
- Stick to my scheduled workout each day.
- Stay within my points! (It seems so obvious, but I’ve struggled with this lately)
