
Yes, you read that correctly! Doesn’t that sound amazing? They we’re so good! I’m sorry I didn’t save you any.
After last weeks disappointing attempt at Light Lemon Blueberry Donuts I decided that I needed to just go full fat on a donut and make it amazing.
So I did, and they were!
I used a Blueberry Lemon Coffee Cake recipe from the blog Soupbelly and it worked almost perfect except for the fact that it made way too much crumb topping for the little donuts.
If I were to do this again, I would make less topping and maybe double the batter recipe because this only made 10 donuts and that was not enough! (Of course, they would have lasted longer if the Mr. didn’t eat 3 at a time!)
On another note that makes my little heart sing, look at those pictures! I took them, little old me! In my own kitchen with natural lighting and in completely manual mode on my camera! Wooohoooo!!!
