Review: Isn’t this the most disgusting glass of ick you’ve ever seen? It’s actually a wonderful tasting blend of vegetable and fruit juices. I think I first noticed it last summer after I watched “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” and was a little more aware of the juicing movement. It took me almost a year to finally buy it and now I’m hooked!
Now, I’m not positive if this juice has the same benefits of the juice that you would make at home, and I don’t really care either. After drinking almost a whole bottle I’ve found that it’s a nice sweet treat to add into the rotation. It works perfectly when I want something sweet as a mid-day snack.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Apple Juice Concentrate, Peach Puree Concentrate, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Banana Puree, Mango Puree, Spirulina, Chlorella, Natural Flavor, Barley Grass Powder, Gellan Gum, Broccoli Powder, Spinach Powder, Ascorbic Acid.
What on earth are Spirulina, Chlorella and Gellan Gum?
Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids, antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage.
Chlorella is a type of algae that grows in fresh water. Chlorella is also used to increase “good” bacteria in the intestine
Gellan Gum – a food gum that is primarily used as a gelling or thickening agent. It can be used in fortified beverages to suspend protein, minerals, vitamins, fiber and pulp.

I’ve got a juicer I used for a bit after watching the same video, but it’s so much darned work! Would be a nice if you could just buy a bottle like this but I guess I’m skeptical given that it sounds too good to be true. But I’ve got a TJ buy work so I’ll give it a shot.
I’m skeptical too, but it’s better than a bunch of other things I could be drinking and it’s a great sweet treat. I’m really glad I didn’t buy a juicer, I don’t think I could keep up with that and plus, I love real food way too much to drink all of my meals! Thanks for stopping by!
